Chocolate and Rasberry Meringue recipe

This looks like a rare treat for any dieter but it really is ok, so enjoy!

Ingredients



4tbsp light Greek yoghurt
1 treat size Flake bar
50g raspberries
1 meringue nest

Method



1 Lightly crush the chocolate flake and stir into the yoghurt. Just before serving stir in half of the raspberries gently.

2 Place the meringue on a plate and spoon in the yoghurt mixture. Top with the rest of the raspberries and serve.
