Tuna Pasta with Lime and Chilli recipe

This makes a quick and easy supper dish.

Ingredients


450g pasta of your choice
2tbsp olive oil
1 bunch spring onions
1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
1 200g tin tuna
Juice of 1 lime
2tbsp fresh coriander, shredded
Salt and pepper

Method


1, Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

2, Meanwhile heat one tablespoon of the oil in a pan. Finely chop the white part of the onions and soften for a few minutes with the chilli. Add the drained tuna.

3, Once the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pan. Toss in the tuna and onion mixture and then add the lime juice, coriander and seasoning. Finally, stir through the remaining olive oil before serving.
