Fruit salad with Orange Mango Sauce recipe

Any mixture of fresh fruit will be even better with this delicious tangy fruit sauce.

Ingredients



juice of 1 orange
100g very ripe mango
2 slices ripe melon, cubed
50g strawberries, hulled and halved
50g seedless grapes washed

Method



1 Blend the orange juice and mango flesh until smooth. Chill.

2 Arrange the prepared fruit on serving dishes and pour on the sauce.

Tip: For a different sauce try fresh raspberries, blackberries, peaches or other soft fruit that does not need cooking.
